Went to hike at Mount Douglas with a group of english bible study group in Emmanuel baptist Church. I ask Kwan to come together to join me, and intro him to others friend in the BS group. Kwan is a new friend know from the hostel, we went to the same church in Central, and he is from South Korea. Hike up height of 213 meter, is not really so tiring, in comparison to mount Finlayson which i went there a week before. We spent some time at the top of the mountain, taking refreshing air, and chat to know each others more.
On the way back from the mountain, Adam suddenly have an idea to ask everyone go to his house to have a dinner and some games. He just live near the area, so is very convenient to walk to his house from the bottom of the hill.
Looking to his refrigerator, see what we have, and then decide what to cook. I prepare the Baked Salmon and fried beef with broccoli. Never make the baked salmon before, just try to make it based on my cooking sense.
Baked Salmon: cut the salmon into pieces, put some onion on the bottom, garlic and ginger on the top of Salmon with some lemon juice, spread with Olive oil, butter, some cheese, salt and black pepper on top of the Salmon, then put into oven at 350 degree to cook for 20 minutes....the result was way too better then I though.
Hong Li prepared a fried vege for us. and Kwan made the rice.
Out of expectation, 5 of us finish all the food on the table. then we have a game called yahtzee...easy and fun game..and surely we can play it when I bring it back to Malaysia with you all....
Time pass fast, we have to end the game, and catch on the bus....we have a great time, the fellowship with brothers and sister was great, and happy to know each others....
