There a work philosophy I learn from my boss today.
When people pass the ball to you, you must learn to pass the ball to others. If you keep the ball at your side without passing, people will look for ball and they come to you. Then you have to place to hide.
Who throw the ball, he should hold back his ball; if he throw his ball at you or you found his ball, then pass the ball to his boss, so that his boss know he throw away the ball.....
