white wine

it is the first day of CNY.
me and fren having some..... white wine in sunday restaurent..
hmm....i'm not really a white wine lover...i actually prefer red wine...
however, today we have try 4 kind of white whine today..
starting from the smooth riestling...to the strongest sauvagine blanc..
hmmm.....i found white wine actually required lot of knowledge to learn to enjoy it...
starting from the year, then the region, and the process for tht kind of wine...
every wine hav diff taste ...and we need a proper way to enjoy it..
hmm.....i love the riesling..which produce from the grape of canada and process in australia whether...
it is very smooth, and the smell is very ambience. everyone will love it on the first taste...
but the last white wine, blanc, is too strong and very sour....i still not comfortable with the smell and taste....
here.....there is some tips for u to learn to taste a white wine..

first, swing the wine in the glass for a few second. which we say let the wine to get a breath..
then take a small portion of wine in mouth. wash your mouth with the wine , so tht tht smell of the wine is fulled in your mouth.
after tht, smallow the wine slowly. feel the taste of the wine..u might found it sour or brittle...drink some more , then u will will comfortable wit it..hhehe...
